Can I change my order?

We are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been confirmed.

How long will it take for my items to arrive?

Please allow 5-7 business days for order processing and shipment. International orders take 3-5 days longer to arrive.

How do I get a refund?

Approved refunds will be given back in the payment form that they were received in. Please allow 5 – 7 business days for the money to post to your account.

How do I return / exchange items?

Return on damaged or defective items need to be returned back to us within 7 days after the product was received. We do not accept returns on products that aren’t damaged or defective. All sales are final.
